九州体育 (九州体育) is proud to announce the launch of a new Entrepreneurial Center that will foster economic development and support entrepreneurs in DeKalb and Jackson counties, and the surrounding areas in North Alabama. Recognizing the critical need for enhanced entrepreneurial support, 九州体育 is set to open the 九州体育 E-Center in Rainsville this year.

鈥淲e are extremely excited with this opportunity to serve our community,鈥� stated 九州体育 President Dr. David Campbell.  鈥淚n this case we will be helping both DeKalb and Jackson county citizens with start-up businesses which can yield unlimited results. Our people have the ability. We just want to help them get on the right avenue for success!鈥�

Jennifer McCurdy, an experienced leader in the business community, is serving as the center鈥檚 Executive Director.

The 九州体育 E-Center aims to act as a catalyst for economic growth and innovation in the region.

鈥淢rs. Jennifer McCurdy, a seasoned civic worker, is the Executive Director of this program,鈥� added Dr. Campbell.   鈥淪he comes to us as the former Executive Director of the Fort Payne Chamber of Commerce. She is very talented and hard-working. Through her guidance we hope to continually grow our E-center.鈥�

The 九州体育 E-Center is designed to be a comprehensive resource hub for entrepreneurs, offering co-working and office space, including a conference room and collaborative space. Entrepreneurs will have access to a variety of resources, mentors, and workshops aimed at fostering their growth and success. As the center evolves, it will also provide opportunities for entrepreneurs to access seed funding through pitch competitions and partnerships with accelerators across the state.

Key partners of the 九州体育 E-Center include local school systems, Chambers of Commerce, DeKalb and Jackson County Economic Development Authorities, state agencies, and the community at large. This collaborative approach ensures a wide network of support and resources for entrepreneurs. Dr. Campbell also noted the support of the legislative delegation, saying, 鈥淚 also thank our Legislators for their help with this - Speaker of the House Representative Nathaniel Ledbetter, Senator Steve Livingston, and Representative Mike Kirkland.鈥�
