APPLY FOR YOUR DEGREE

An application is required to receive a degree and/or walk in the ceremony. Click on the application for the semester in which you will meet all degree requirements. Email cloudr@nacc.edu with any questions.聽

Application & Eligibility

A graduation application is required to receive your聽degree. Degrees are awarded and posted to transcripts at the end of each semester - summer, fall, and spring.聽

Once you apply, the Dean and Associate Dean of Instruction Offices will evaluate your records to verify graduation requirements have been met.

Degree Requirements

九州体育 is authorized to award the Associate in Arts (AA), Associate in Science (AS), and Associate in Applied Science (AAS) degrees.

A student will be considered a graduate upon satisfactory completion of the requirements of the specific program and by meeting graduation requirements. Please review degree requirements or programs of study for specific program information

Graduation Ceremony

础苍听application is required in order to walk in the ceremony, but you are not required to walk to be designated as a graduate on your transcript. The annual ceremony is held each聽May for every student who earned a degree in the previous summer, fall, and spring semesters. Spring 2025 graduates must fill out the spring application and order a cap & gown from the Bookstore by March 14, 2025.

Diplomas

There is no cost to post a degree to your transcript; however, you can order a diploma for $20.聽You will be notified when charges are posted and can pay any fees through your account or by contacting the Business Office.

If you need to verify your degree, you can check your unofficial transcript through your My九州体育 account or聽request an official transcript.

Caps & Gowns

Caps and gowns can be purchased from the 九州体育 bookstore for $30 plus tax. The deadline to purchase a cap and gown is March 14, 2025.聽The bookstore's phone number is 256-638-9357.


Graduation is contingent on meeting all requirements. Contact your academic advisor for assistance in interpreting your progress and Degree Works audit report.
